Target audience: Animal Control Officers, Law Enforcement, Animal Shelter and Kennel Staff, Veterinary Personnel, and others who work as volunteers in the animal welfare profession.
This course is designed to improve animal capture and handling techniques in the field and shelter. Raise awareness about canine and feline body language and learn best practices regarding: personnel safety; use of tools for restraint; humane capture techniques and animal behavior basics.
